Kept in this browser
The studio automatically keeps your latest draft as you make changes. It includes your colour and detail choices, frame dedication and confirmed customization steps, even when the text is unfinished. Returning in the same browser can restore that draft.
The draft belongs to this site's storage in the browser profile you are using. There is no Kronomia account or automatic transfer to another device. Private browsing, storage restrictions or clearing site data can remove it. If storage is unavailable, keep the page open to retain your work.
If you use the frame-dedication reload option after a loading failure, a temporary draft in this tab helps restore your work. It is removed after a successful restore.
Review and contact details
After confirming the four customization steps, Review your choices replaces the settings panel with your selections, followed by the order form after confirmation. Name, email, phone, delivery address and message stay in memory until you send the request. They are never included in device drafts. Returning to customization or reloading clears unsent contact details.
When you send a request, Kronomia stores your contact details, message and exact design and price in a private Cloudflare database, and sends an operator notification by email. Contact messages are stored separately from preorder requests. This lets us respond, agree the details and retain the version you selected. Submitting is not a confirmed order or payment.
For preorder requests, we also send a confirmation email with your selected details and request reference. You can reply to that email to contact us.
Earlier saved configurations
An earlier configuration stored by this studio can still restore its exact map version, finish and frame dedication. Personal map text, points, roads and region boundaries have been removed from the customer studio. A previous draft is retained separately in this browser before it is replaced by the four-step draft. Prepared cartography is not added to earlier versions. File import and production review belong to the internal Maker tools; they are no longer controls in the customer studio.
Language preference
Your manually selected language is stored in this browser. An explicit language link takes priority; otherwise the site uses your saved choice, then your browser’s preferred languages. No location lookup is used.
Removing the browser copy
Use your browser's settings to clear this site's data. That removes the unfinished draft and earlier stored configurations; the studio cannot recover them afterwards.
Loading the preview
The studio loads prepared map, material and lettering files to draw your piece. Your frame dedication is composed in your browser. Place-name choices use prepared artwork and do not request new terrain or search for an arbitrary place.
Opening the site still makes ordinary web requests, which give the server connection information such as your IP address and the files requested. Links to external data providers and software projects lead to services with their own policies.
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes security checks through Turnstile. Request notifications are delivered to our Gmail inbox. We use your submitted information to respond to your request, not for mailing lists. To ask about your information or request deletion, email hello@kronomia.com with your request reference.
